Imagine what it would be like to see earth from space. Floating around out there and seeing this vision. How would you feel? Insignificant? In awe that you are a part of that world? Homesick? Free?
We tend to get lost in our own little world, we don't often put it into perspective. That is what we are a part of. We are but a speck of dust on a huge planet.
As writers we have the ability to create new fictional worlds, or work within the one we have. When you put that into perspective, there are endless possibilities, limited only by your imagination.
Time for another journey perhaps - to a land, as yet undiscovered.
